Is there anything I can do as an individual to thwart healthcare legislation leagaly ie: loopholes and such that I can use to exempt myself from it buy insurance over seas and the like.

I am just an average middle-class guy who is convinced that there's no one on Talk Radio who speaks for us. I want to change that situation.
